He showed the city of Cleveland no respect and didn't want to go there in the first place as being as snobby as he was he wanted to go to Miami instead. Drafting Bryant shouldn't scare the Browns because there is no guarantee that Bryant has the same attitude that Braylon had in Cleveland.
